Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with walkie riders and stock chasers is preferred.
• Experience in highly automated distribution environment is a plus.
• Proficient with labor management systems and RF devices.
• Able to lift up to 47 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow standardized picking, packing and cutting procedures.
• Meet time-based productivity standards reliably.
• Utilize the voice picking system to fulfill orders accurately.
• Ensure correct quantity and quality per order.
• Work in multi-level picking modules and around conveyors.
• Maintain a safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Support multiple departments in the distribution center.
• Work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy throughout the distribution center.
