Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a detail-oriented General Maintenance Associate to manage production, sorting, and distribution of system-generated documents for daily warehouse operations. You will ensure timely delivery of reports, labels, and billings to support store order processing in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating printers and computers, batching printing, updating plans, balancing tasks between Pharmacy and Front Store, and coordinating with management and data

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to operate terminals, PCs, IBM printers, and related equipment.
• Strong telephone communication skills.
• Reliable and consistent attendance.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variation.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to use UPS shipping equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate printers, terminals, and computers to generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual documents.
• Drop CVS store orders, create new store setups, and manage batch printing and holds.
• Complete and update the daily Operations Plan and balance work between RX and Front Store.
• Sort and distribute printed documents to supervisors and offices.
• Troubleshoot interruptions in billing by coordinating with Management and Data Support.
• Submit technical tickets and notify Managers of issues or delays.
• Maintain on-site inventories and send weekly inventory reports.
• Track and log downtime events to identify improvement opportunities.
