Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a dedicated on-site janitorial associate to clean and sanitize warehouse floors, offices, and restrooms, and to assist with loading, unloading, and staging.

You will follow safety guidelines, maintain cleaning logs, and report hazards. The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced logistics environment in Ohio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse, porter, janitorial, sanitation, facilities, or material handling experience preferred.
• Chemical handling or OSHA safety certification preferred but not required.
• Other professional certifications may be required in some areas, as assigned.
• Ability to read and follow written cleaning procedures, safety instructions, and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize warehouse floors, aisles, dock areas, workstations, offices, break rooms, restrooms, and common areas using approved cleaning agents and equipment.
• Operate powered cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, sweepers, and pressure washers after successful training.
• Remove trash, recyclables, cardboard, pallets, and debris and transport to designated disposal locations.
• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and staging materials and organizing storage and staging areas.
• Monitor and count inventory of cleaning supplies, safety equipment, and consumables; maintain accurate records and report low stock, discrepancies, or damaged items to leadership.
• Job requires presence on-site at the assigned work location.
• Follow all safety procedures, chemical handling guidelines, MSDS requirements, and PPE standards.
