Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is hiring for a on-site cleaning role at our Houston facility. You will maintain clean and safe warehouse floors, offices, and common areas using approved agents and equipment.

Training provided for powered cleaning equipment, with a focus on safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include inventorying supplies, assisting with loading/unloading, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow cleaning procedures and safety instructions.
• Ability to identify and safely use cleaning agents and related chemicals.
• Strong organizational skills and basic inventory/recordkeeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Punctual attendance and on-site presence required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize warehouse floors, aisles, dock areas, workstations, offices, break rooms, restrooms, and common areas using approved cleaning agents and equipment.
• Operate powered cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, sweepers, and pressure washers after successful training.
• Clean and maintain temperature-controlled areas in compliance with NABP and internal quality standards.
• Remove trash, recyclables, cardboard, pallets, and debris and transport to designated disposal locations.
• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and staging materials and organizing storage and staging areas.
• Monitor and count inventory of cleaning supplies, safety equipment, and consumables; maintain accurate records and report low stock, discrepancies, or damaged items to leadership.
• Receive, stock, and distribute facility and operational supplies, including replenishing janitorial supplies in designated locations.
• Conduct routine inspections; perform basic maintenance tasks and promptly report safety hazards, spills, or damaged equipment to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleaning logs and required documentation thoroughly and on time.
• Follow all safety procedures, chemical handling guidelines, MSDS requirements, and PPE standards.
• Assist with deep cleaning, inspection preparation, and continuous improvement and facility organization projects.
