Job summary

Northern Haserot is seeking a dedicated 3rd shift Porter to join the Sanitation team. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a welcoming environment for staff and guests, and upholding FDA/ODA standards.

The position runs Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM, onsite. Candidates should have prior industrial/warehouse cleaning experience, be able to work in freezer areas, and maintain high attention to detail while working independently or

Qualifications

• Must have previous cleaning experience in an industrial/warehouse setting.
• Able to work in freezer areas for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to be a self-starter.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 75 pounds during an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Keep aisles clear of debris and spills.
• Properly treat any spills (dry or wet).
• Gather damages and allocate to designated area.
• Monitor and keep trash cans emptied throughout the shift.
• Operate trash compactor when disposing of trash.
• Wipe down guard rails, door handles and other frequently touched surfaces.
• Safely operate pallet jack (single ride).
• Maintain cleanliness of employee breakroom in the warehouse.
• Perform other routine cleaning and sanitation duties as needed.

Job Overview

Northern Haserot is looking for a 3rd shift Porter to add to their Sanitation team. We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a welcoming environment for both guests and staff. This position requires a proactive individual who is attentive to detail and committed to upholding high standards of cleanliness and service in accordance with FDA/ODA standards.

Schedule

Onsite Sunday through Thursday 9:00PM-5:30AM

Key Responsibilities

• Keep aisleways clear of all debris and spills.
• Properly treat any spills whether it is dry or wet.
• Gather all damages and allocate to proper designated area.
• Monitor and keep all trash cans emptied throughout the shift.
