Job summary

Absolute Lift Parts is seeking a proactive Warehouse Porter to keep our facility clean, safe, and organized across office and rebuild areas. You will support daily warehouse operations with hands-on tasks and independent work habits.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm (40 hours/week). Pay: $15.00 per hour, paid weekly. Key duties include facility maintenance, floor care, forklift operation, waste management, and general organization. A background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience and safe operation are required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs.
• Reliable and self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Positive, collaborative attitude with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Facility maintenance across all areas (Office, Shipping, Inventory, Rebuild areas).
• Floor care: sweepers, scrapers, oil-dry for safe walking surfaces.
• Operate forklifts and sweepers to move materials and clean large areas.
• Break down boxes, manage waste, and keep the warehouse organized.
• Support other duties as needed to assist the team.

What You’ll Do

As our Warehouse Porter, your mission is to keep the entire facility—from the office to the specialized rebuild areas—in top shape.

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance: Empty garbage cans and hoppers across all departments (Office, Shipping, Inventory, and specialized Rebuild areas).
• Floor Care: Operate sweepers and scrapers; apply, manage, and clean up oil-dry to maintain safe walking surfaces.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and sweepers to move materials and clean large areas.
• Waste Management: Break down boxes, dispose of damaged pallets, and empty scrap hoppers.
• Organization: Maintain general warehouse order and assist with other duties as assigned to support the team.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and handle up to 80 lbs and work in varying weather conditions and environments.
