Job Description

• Req#: 3997
• Warehouse Customer Service Representative carries out many customer service duties such as responding to inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues in a prompt, courteous, and effective manner.
• Shifts: 1st Shift M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm Payrate $20.00/hr; 2nd Shift M-F 3:00pm - 11:30pm Payrate $21.50/hr.

• The successful candidate will:

1. Have professional communication skills both verbally and in writing.
2. Have experience with Microsoft Office systems (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
3. Have knowledge of FedEx & UPS websites.
4. Work independently and follow procedures/work instructions.
5. Have previous success in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment.
6. Be comfortable in an environment with changing priorities.
7. Be comfortable with logistics terminology and familiar with shipping/receiving documents.
8. Have previous experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) software.
9. Be able to perform calculations including adding, subtracting, division, and multiplication.
