The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience, strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and the physical ability to stand and lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff (warehouse supervisory background preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse workflows, including picking, packing, and storage of materials.
• Direct, supervise, coach, and train team members.
• Develop work schedules and assign manpower for the picking area.
• Resolve operational or staffing issues quickly within company guidelines.
