Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions LLC in Kalamazoo, MI is hiring a Picking Clerk to locate, pull and package merchandise while upholding safety and quality standards. The role requires thorough attention to inventory and strong teamwork.

You will operate warehouse equipment, meet pick targets, and collaborate with a team to maintain high fill rates and a clean work environment. The shift is Sunday–Thursday, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm EST.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years forklift operating experience in warehouse/distribution.
• At least 3 years bulk picking experience handling large-volume orders.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and repetitive pushing/pulling.
• Experience with voice pick systems preferred; powered trucks a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stage picked items in designated areas and maintain space efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and follow safety and cleaning protocols.

Picking Clerk

Location: Kalamazoo, MI

Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm EST

Essential Functions

• In addition to locating, pulling and packaging merchandise, reports inventory discrepancies and shortages to supervisor, researches as needed to locate short product and maintain high fill rate.
• Stages picked merchandise in the proper area, adjusting as space needs may require, reporting any areas of concern to supervisor proactively.
• Maintains a clean, orderly work environment. Cleans and straightens while performing general duties. General custodial assignments (including trash detail) when needed. Follows established cleaning schedule. Reports damages/disorderly areas to supervisor.
• Adheres to all customer requests according to established policies.
• Works proactively to foster and maintain a positive team‑oriented atmosphere at all times. Works together with fellow associates as a team to promote the goals and common good of the company.
• Operates all warehouse equipment efficiently in a safe manner to avoid injury to personnel and equipment. Reports any mechanical issues to supervisor upon discovery. Maintains equipment as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need to Be Successful

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous warehouse/distribution experience is preferred.
• Must be able to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, walker‑rider, etc.).
• Minimum of 3 years of forklift operating experience required. Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• At least 3 years of bulk picking experience, including handling large‑volume orders.
• Must be able to perform all physical motions typical of an order picker including bending, reaching, stretching, walking, pushing carts, standing or walking for long periods and for entire shift (often over 8 hr/shift) and lifting as much as 50 pounds (or more) and push/pull carts weighing 75 pounds (or more) repeatedly throughout the shift. With or without reasonable accommodation.
• Proficient with basic arithmetic calculations.
• Previous experience with voice pick systems is preferred.
• Ability to operate powered trucks preferred.
• Successfully pass a pre‑employment (post‑offer) background check and drug screening.
