Job summary

Merola Tile is seeking a warehouse associate to pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining accurate inventory and a clean, safe workspace. You will inspect products, load and unload trucks, and ensure orders are wrapped securely for transport.

The role requires heavy lifting and adherence to safety standards, with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency. High school diploma or GED is preferred; warehouse experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process, package, and ship orders accurately while following packing standards.
• Pick and pack materials to fulfill customer orders quickly and accurately.
• Organize stock and maintain inventory.
• Load and unload incoming/outgoing trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and proper product locations.
• Inspect products for defects according to quality and weight standards.
• Wrap and pack orders to prevent damage during delivery.
• Move 70–100 lbs repetitively throughout the day as required.
