Job summary

Tate Inc. is seeking a Picker and Packer to accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders in a safe, organized warehouse environment. This role supports timely fulfillment and order accuracy while complying with the company’s safety and quality standards.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and prior warehouse experience. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate material handling equipment is preferred and training for forklift operation may be provided.

• Pick products according to customer orders and work instructions.
• Verify item quantities and accuracy before packing.

• Stage completed orders in designated shipping areas.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
• Operate forklifts, when trained and authorized, to move palletized products to shipping/staging areas.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the Role

The Picker and Packer is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and staging customer orders for shipment. This role helps ensure order accuracy, product quality, and timely fulfillment while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

What You’ll Do

• Pick products according to customer orders and work instructions.

Additional Expectations

• Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
• Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
• Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
• Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
