Job summary

Keefe Group, a division of TKC Holdings, Inc., is hiring for operations team members in a warehouse setting in Grand Rapids. Schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm, full-time with benefits from day one. We provide PPE and DailyPay so you can access earned wages today.

This role supports inbound, commissary, and outbound activities in a fully operational warehouse. You will unload, receive, and put away product, select items for orders, manage inventory, and learn WMS technology to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work well in a dynamic, changing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Familiarity with computers (including MS Office) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of Inbound Operations.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of Commissary (KCN) team.
• Manage inventory in a dynamic environment, including counting and correcting inventory.
• Leverage technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders using scanning devices and equipment.
• Picking/packing orders in a warehouse setting.

About This Position

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting from day one.

We expect our team to execute a number of processes and therefore believe in cross‑training our team across the distribution departments. In addition, you can specialize in a specific area. The facility is a fully operational warehouse servicing multiple business lines, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team
• Selecting product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team
• Manage inventory in a dynamic environment, to include counting product and correcting inventory
• Leverage technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more
• Picking/packing orders while working in a warehouse is preferred

Compensation

• Regular pay raises based on performance and experience levels
• Weekly pay, every Thursday

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred.
