Job summary

Keefe Group, a division of TKC Holdings, Inc., is seeking energetic team members for a Grand Rapids warehouse. You will participate in inbound receiving, order picking and packing, and outbound shipping in a fast-paced environment with cross-training across departments.

This is a full-time role with some benefits from day one. Responsibilities include operating WMS systems, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working Monday–Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with computers or basic software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in inbound receiving, put away, and inventory control.
• Pick and pack orders for customer shipments.
• Operate in a dynamic warehouse to fulfill orders accurately.
• Utilize mobile scan guns and material handling equipment to process orders.
• Support cross-training across distribution departments to build versatility.

About This Position

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting from day one.

We expect our team to execute a number of processes and therefore believe in cross‑training our team across the distribution departments. In addition, you can specialize in a specific area. The facility is a fully operational warehouse servicing multiple business lines, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team
• Selecting product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team
• Manage inventory in a dynamic environment, to include counting product and correcting inventory
• Leverage technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more
• Picking/packing orders while working in a warehouse is preferred

Compensation

• Regular pay raises based on performance and experience levels
• Weekly pay, every Thursday

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred.
