Job summary

Keefe Group, a TKC Holdings division, is hiring for warehouse operations roles on-site. You will perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping while growing through cross-training across distribution departments. DailyPay and weekly pay are offered, with overtime opportunities and benefits beginning day one.

Schedule is typically Monday–Friday, 8:00am start, onsite report to Operations Manager. Prior warehouse experience and ability to lift 50 lbs are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with computers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist inbound operations: unload, receive and put away product.
• Select product for customer orders as part of commissary team.
• Manage inventory counts and corrections.
• Learn and use WMS technology and devices to fulfill orders.

About This Position

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:00am - until done

You will work onsite at a warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting your first day.

We expect our team to complete several processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. You can also specialize in a specific area.

The facility is an operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• You should have picking/packing experience in a warehouse.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
