Job summary

Jobandtalent is recruiting for a Pick/Pack position in Brownsburg, with Radial, handling essential warehouse tasks such as scanning, receiving, sorting, and preparing merchandise for orders.

Shifts: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with flexibility for 10-hour shifts and weekends. Pay: 16.75 USD/hour. Must be able to stand/walk 10+ hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and use hand scanners or warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with picking, scanning, and accurately filling customer orders in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to ensure accuracy when selecting and scanning items to match order slips.
• Comfort standing or walking for extended periods (10+ hours/day).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently.
• Experience using hand scanners, dual screens, or warehouse management systems.
• Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Move merchandise to designated areas for inspection and stocking.
• Scan items against order slips to ensure order accuracy.
• Assist with packing materials distribution and disposal of empty boxes.
• Utilize OPEX machinery and warehouse management systems for inventory changes.
• Accurately pick merchandise from existing stock to fill customer orders.
