Job Overview:

Warehouse Picker Order Selector - Columbus, OH

About the Role

• Accurately pick products using voice audio headsets by matching numbers and products.
• Hand stack cases of products weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly from floor to overhead.
• Place beverage products in a defined stacking pattern onto pallets.
• Wrap orders with shrink wrap, label them, and move completed orders to the loading dock using electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment.
• Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and other assigned tasks.

Shift and Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday - Friday
• Start at 10:00 AM until finished
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Equipment and Tasks:

This role may involve using equipment such as Electronic Pallet Jacks, Walkie Riders, Voice Audio Headsets, and Shrink Wrap. Tasks include hand stacking, pallet jacking, voice picking, and order selection.

Total Rewards:

• $21.50 per hour
• Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with employer match, and more, subject to eligibility and collective bargaining agreements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to stand, push, pull, bend, twist, kneel, and lift throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to overhead.
• Work with a headset and voice-activated order system.
• Hand shrink wrap pallets of completed orders.
• Work in hot or cool multi-temperature environments.
