Twin Med, LLC is seeking a dedicated PICKER in our Garland, Texas distribution center. You will ensure orders are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment in a timely manner, contributing to efficient warehouse operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include locating items with scanners, verifying quantities, packing securely, labeling for tracking, and staging orders for shipment, while adhering to safety rules and maintaining a clean work area.

Competenze

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment and tools, such as handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts, is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret picking orders, packing slips, and shipping labels accurately.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift and carry items, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing items to prevent errors and minimize order discrepancies.

• Receive picking orders from supervisors or the WMS.
• Locate items in the warehouse using scanners or WMS.
• Pick items according to order specifications with accuracy.
• Verify item quantities and conditions to match orders.
• Pack items securely for shipment and label for tracking.
• Prepare orders for shipment and stage at packing stations.
• Report inventory discrepancies or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE procedures.
