Next Level Staffing in Coppell, TX is hiring Warehouse Pickers to support order picking, receiving, shipping, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will operate forklifts as trained, maintain accuracy for customer orders, and contribute to inventory control while meeting safety procedures.

Position is temporary-to-hire with a Mon-Fri schedule, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with some weekends; candidates must be able to commute to Coppell and Fort Worth as duties require.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of related warehouse experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Knowledge of safe storage and material handling practices.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Availability for occasional weekend work.

Responsabilidades

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment.
• Receive, stock, organize, and store materials and equipment.
• Load and unload freight, including serialized electronics.
• Complete inventory transactions in the warehouse management system.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet-moving equipment, and hand carts, as trained and authorized.
• Assist with less-than-truckload (LTL) shipping and bills of lading.
• Follow customer service requirements and warehouse safety procedures.

Next Level Staffing is hiring experienced Warehouse Pickers to support receiving, order picking, shipping, and inventory operations.

Location requirement: These positions will begin in Coppell and are expected to transition to Fort Worth, TX 76131 later this year. Applicants must be able to commute to both locations.
