Twin Med, LLC is seeking a dependable picker for our Garland, TX distribution center. You will ensure orders are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment promptly to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities include using handheld scanners or WMS, locating items, packing securely, labeling, and staging orders for shipment. A high school diploma and the ability to lift 50–70 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with handheld scanners and pallet jacks is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret picking orders and packing slips.
• Lift and carry items up to 50–70 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Detail-focused with accuracy in packing and order fulfillment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Receive picking orders from supervisors or the WMS.
• Locate items in the warehouse using scanners or WMS.
• Pick items according to order specifications with accuracy.
• Pack items securely and label for shipment.
• Prepare orders for shipment and stage at packing stations.
• Report inventory discrepancies and safety hazards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow PPE procedures.
• Adhere to safety procedures and achieve productivity targets.
