Job summary

SURGE Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Picker in Windsor, CT. You will pick products, verify inventory levels, and prepare customer orders for fulfillment using handheld scanners.

Requirements include attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, on-site in Windsor.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, order picking, fulfillment, or shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Experience using handheld or RF scanners preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
• Ability to safely lift and move warehouse products as required

Responsibilities
