Job summary

OneSource Distributors in San Leandro, CA is hiring for a warehouse associate to manage inventory, pick orders, and transport materials through staging and loading areas. The role requires physical activity, safety training, and experience with RF scanners and Eclipse software.

You will read orders, verify quantities, and document shipments while utilizing reach trucks and lifts. This position offers full-time hours, a 2:00pm–10:30pm shift, and benefits support.

Qualifications

• Electrical, Industrial and/or distribution experience preferred but not required.
• High School diploma or GED; or 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory.
• Read orders such as customer, work, shipping and transfer orders to determine products to be moved, gathered or distributed.
• Load, unload, and move materials from storage to staging sites and/or designated areas per each sales ticket.
• Properly wrap, label, and mark material for easy identification and loading.
• Utilizing manual lifts, reach trucks and transfer equipment (requires applicable safety and operational training)
• Operating RF scanners and other hand-held devices
• Use Eclipse to confirm picking and staging of materials, ensuring proper piece count for drivers and customers.
• Document shipments and changes in inventory using Eclipse.
• Complete cycle counts and verify quantities of stock on request.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Occasional lifting and pulling objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Warehouse environment.

Shift: 2:00pm – 10:30pm

Location: This role is based in San Leandro, CA

Salary Range:

• This is a non-exempt position and pays between $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location within California. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
