Vista Vending is seeking a Warehouse Picker to support a fast-paced Puget Sound warehouse. You will pick and stage products, keep inventory accurate, and ensure route trucks depart each morning with the right items.

Training starts day one in a modern warehouse setting, with a focus on safety and efficiency. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and team-first, with the ability to lift 35 lbs repeatedly and stay on their feet throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 35 lbs at a time, continually throughout the day, and stay on your feet.
• Reliability — the drivers and the rest of the team count on you every morning.
• Attention to detail with counts, dates, and product placement.
• A positive, team-first attitude.
• No warehouse experience required — training is provided. We'll teach you our systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Pick and stage product accurately so route trucks are loaded and ready to go.
• Control inventory: keep counts accurate, rotate stock, and check dates so only fresh product goes out.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe — everything in its place.
• Work efficiently and look for ways to make the operation run smoother.
• Report issues — shortages, damaged product, equipment problems — so they get fixed fast.
• Pitch in as a team player; the warehouse wins and loses together.
