Job summary

Alliance Markets & Vending in Covington, WA is seeking a Warehouse Picker to support our Puget Sound operations. You will pick, stage, and prepare stock for delivery routes, ensuring accuracy and freshness while maintaining a clean, safe warehouse.

Training starts on day one, and growth opportunities exist as many team members advance from warehouse roles to driver or lead positions. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays and PTO.

• Ability to lift 35 lbs at a time, continually throughout the day.
• Reliability — the drivers and the rest of the team count on you every morning.

Responsibilities

• Pick and stage product accurately so route trucks are loaded and ready to go.
• Control inventory: keep counts accurate, rotate stock, and check dates so only fresh product goes out.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe — everything in its place.
• Work efficiently and look for ways to make the operation run smoother.
• Report issues — shortages, damaged product, equipment problems — so they get fixed fast.
• Pitch in as a team player; the warehouse wins and loses together.

About the role

Behind every stocked vending machine and micro market in the Puget Sound is a warehouse team that made it happen. As a Warehouse Picker at Vista Vending, you keep the whole operation moving — picking product, prepping route trucks, and making sure our drivers roll out every morning with exactly what their customers need. It’s active, hands‑on work in a modern warehouse where you can see your impact every single day.

The pay range for this role is:

18 - 18 USD per hour(Auburn, WA)
