We are hiring Warehouse Associates to work closely with the shipping team to ensure orders are shipped on time and processed accurately according to customer orders.

We offer Warehouse Associates:

• Starting pay of $14 per hour
• 1st shift either 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4:40pm depending on the department
• $100 referral bonus when you refer a friend
• A bright, clean, and positive working environment

Typical responsibilities include:

• Order processing using shipping software like UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Management, and USPS PC Postage
• Completing Dangerous Goods shipments per IATA/DOT regulations and our standards, including battery product labels
• Ensuring orders are shipped within two business days to maintain a high on-time percentage
• Reporting discrepancies to leadership or customer care agents
• Completing shipments following standard operating procedures
• Ensuring packages are picked up by the correct carrier at the end of the day
• Replenishing inventory and transferring stock from the warehouse
• Assisting in unboxing units for shipping

Requirements:

• Soft skills: critical thinking, detail-oriented, well-organized, persistent, and thorough
• High school diploma required
• 1-2 years of experience in shipping, distribution, or warehouse preferred
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Basic knowledge of shipping software and computer skills, including Excel and data entry
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle heavy boxes
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally
