Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Warehouse Picker in Fountain Inn, SC, offering a $16.00 per hour pay rate and a Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5 PM shift. The role includes picking, packing, and staging products for shipment to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of experience, and familiarity with inventory control systems (SAP). Benefits and training are provided to support growth within the role.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process inbound receipt of freight.
• Label material before storage.
• Storage of product based on material type.
• Pick material based on sales orders.
• Pack materials for shipment following procedures and standards.
• Support the Cycle Count program.

Job Duties

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
