Kelly Services in Carlisle, PA is seeking a full-time Warehouse/Pick & Pack Associate for a large shipping and distribution facility. You will pick customer orders, read work orders, move items, assist with inventory, and ensure accuracy with lot/expiration details.

Shifts include 1st and 2nd with different schedules; pay starts at $15.00 per hour plus up to $3.75 per hour bonus opportunity, paid weekly. This contract-to-hire role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months of warehouse or related experience.
• Flexible and able to work overtime when needed.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Walk entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret orders and shipping documents.
• Pick customer orders and place in designated areas.
• Move items from bulk containers.
• Assist with inventory, counting and tracking materials.
• Maintain quality by correct item selection with lot/expiration details.
• Lift up to 50 lbs., lifting could be repetitive.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
