Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Pick and Pack Worker in Downingtown, PA to join a premier manufacturing client. You will perform quality checks, feed materials into machines, and ensure proper packaging while maintaining a safe, clean work area.

Shifts available include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, with a competitive pay rate of $19.00 per hour. High School Diploma or GED is required, and 1 year of manufacturing experience is highly preferred. Teamwork and safety are emphasized on the floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with others.
• Ability to follow standard work instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Performing quality checks and ensuring correct counts on various product sizes, packing into the appropriate packaging.
• Feeding materials into machines and making minor adjustments to minimize interruptions and ensure quality products.
• Replacing adhesive tape in hand tapers and automatic sealing machinery.
• Ensuring all finished goods and in-progress items are clearly labeled and correctly positioned.
• Stacking finished products in proper configuration, ready for transportation.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Promptly informing supervisors of health, safety, hygiene, quality, or efficiency issues.
• Following all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.00 per hour

Shifts:

1st: 7:00am to 3:00pm
2nd: 3:00pm to 11:00pm
3rd: 11:00pm to 7:00am
