Year End Bonus:

Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Person maintains cleanliness per Distribution’s Sanitation SOPs and ensures product accessibility for safe selection and delivery. Tasks include cleaning equipment and floors, sorting recycling, reducing shrink by handling damaged cases, and documenting tasks according to schedule. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Complete a Work Attitude Survey
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and extended periods
• Obtain certification in pallet truck and forklift operations before starting
• Use of cleaning chemicals and industrial equipment with PPE
• Lifting, carrying, and stacking up to 67 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks for long periods
• Operate equipment safely within the operator compartment
• Work efficiently under time constraints
• Read, write, and verify numbers accurately
• Follow instructions precisely

Work Environment:

• High Velocity Warehouse: temperatures may exceed 90°F for extended periods
• Low Velocity Warehouse: similar temperature conditions
• Return Center: capable of working in various weather conditions
