Job Overview

This labor-intensive position involves hand building pallets of product for bulk and route trucks, requiring strict attention to order accuracy and safety standards. Employees will work from electronic order systems or sheets, using forklifts and electronic pallet jacks, and must maintain a clean and safe work environment. The role involves working in various weather conditions and hours, with shift durations depending on workload.

Responsibilities

1. Drive power pallet jack or forklift to build pallets according to load sheets or voice pick systems.
2. Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items.
3. Wrap pallets after loading.
4. Complete paperwork and ensure truck checks before loading.
5. Stage pallets and load into trucks.
6. Complete partial pallets and organize stored pallets.
7. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
8. Ensure reliable attendance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in warehouse operations, including order picking, pallet stacking, and forklift operation.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely.
• Experience with racking systems and team collaboration.
