Position Overview

This labor-intensive role involves hand-building pallets of products for bulk, route trucks, and ensuring order accuracy during loading and unloading. Employees will work with electronic systems and equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. The position may require working in various weather conditions and shifts depending on workload.

Main Responsibilities

• Operate power pallet jacks or forklifts to build and load pallets according to instructions.
• Label and wrap pallets, stage them for loading, and complete paperwork accurately.
• Unload raw materials and return pallets, ensuring proper storage.
• Load products onto trucks, ensuring stability and proper stacking.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to attendance and safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a warehouse environment, including operating forklifts and managing racking systems.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
