This labor-intensive position is responsible for hand building pallets of product for bulk and route trucks. Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy, working from electronic order systems or sheets, and operating forklifts and electronic pallet jacks. The role requires maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and may involve working in various weather conditions with variable shifts.

Key duties involve loading and unloading trucks, selecting and stacking products, and ensuring pallet stability through proper stacking and shrink-wrapping. The position requires lifting cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly, and involves standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.

PRIMARY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to build pallets according to load sheets or voice pick audio equipment
• Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items
• Wrap pallets upon completion
• Complete paperwork and verify loads before delivery
• Stage and load pallets into trucks
• Manage partial and mixed pallets
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area
• Maintain reliable attendance

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years or older

HELPFUL EXPERIENCE:

• Warehouse experience including order picking, pallet stacking, and operating powered equipment
• Forklift operation skills
• Experience with racking systems and team collaboration
