Job Overview

This labor-intensive position involves hand building pallets of product for bulk and route trucks, requiring strict attention to order accuracy. Employees will work from electronic order systems or sheets, using forklifts or electronic pallet jacks, and must maintain a clean and safe work environment. The role may require working in various weather conditions and hours, with shift durations depending on workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Build pallets and loads according to order sheets or voice pick systems
• Wrap pallets and stage them for loading
• Unload raw materials and place them in designated areas
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring product stability and accuracy
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with shipping instructions

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience in warehouse operations, including using forklifts and racking systems, is helpful

Additional Information

This position involves lifting cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly, standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout shifts. Reliable attendance is essential.

Compensation

PBNA $22.60/hour
