A leading company is hiring a Warehouse Person (Loader) responsible for efficiently loading and unloading trucks while adhering to strict order accuracy. Candidates must be 18 and older, with prior warehouse experience preferred. The role involves physically demanding tasks, including lifting and operating equipment in various conditions.

This labor-intensive position is responsible for hand building pallets of product for bulk and route trucks. Each loading requires strict attention to order accuracy with respect to loading outgoing trucks and unloading incoming trucks. Employees work from electronic order systems or order sheets to build loads using a forklift and/or electronic pallet jack. The position is responsible for accuracy in loading and complying with shipper/receiver documentation. Employees must maintain a clean and safe work environment. The role may require working in various weather conditions, with shift hours varying based on workload.
Transport truck loading involves moving full pallets onto trailers and removing returned pallets or flats. Unloading raw materials and placing them in designated warehouse spaces is also required. Bulk truck loading involves selecting packages and flavors, stacking, and shrink-wrapping pallets for local delivery. The role also includes unloading returned products and pallets.
Route truck loading involves selecting and loading products based on sales orders. The position requires lifting cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly, with constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching.
