• Equipment operator experience preferred but not required
• Full-time warehouse partners
• Paid training
• 2nd shift 3:45 PM - 2:15 AM, Mon - Thurs, with overtime as needed

The role involves timely and accurate preparation of pet supplies for shipment to Petco stores and receiving warehouse stock. Tasks are routine, repetitive, and part of the Petco Labor Management System, with productivity standards to meet. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring drug testing.

Essential Job Functions:

• Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and standup lifts
• Meet established productivity standards
• Continuously lift merchandise up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Use voice-activated computer headsets to select merchandise
• Use RF devices to scan merchandise barcodes
• Perform basic math computations, with or without a calculator

Supervisory Responsibility: Typically does not supervise others, but management may delegate additional responsibilities, including guidance and training.

Work Environment: Involves bending, carrying, lifting (over 50 pounds routinely), climbing, with exposure to heat, cold, dirt, dust, fumes, and noise. Most work is indoors at one location, with some outdoor duties. Risk of injury should be considered.
