Pay Rate: $19.75 per hour

Preferred Experience: Equipment operation experience is preferred but not required

Position Details:

• Full-time Warehouse Partner
• Paid Training
• 2nd Shift: 3:45 PM - 2:15 AM, Monday - Thursday, with overtime as needed

Job Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate the timely and accurate preparation of merchandise for shipment to Petco stores, including receiving, moving, and stocking warehouse goods.
2. Perform routine tasks repeatedly throughout the day, in a safety-sensitive position requiring drug testing.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

• Operate forklift equipment such as pallet jacks, standup lifts, and turret trucks.
• Repetitively lift merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Use handheld computers to scan merchandise barcodes.
• Operate computerized pick modules.

Supervisory Responsibility:

Typically, this position does not involve supervising others, but management may delegate additional responsibilities, including providing guidance to others.

Work Environment:

The role involves extensive bending, carrying, lifting (over 50 pounds routinely), and climbing. The environment exposes workers to heat, cold, dirt, dust, fumes, and noise within the warehouse. Some duties may be performed outdoors, but most work occurs indoors. Safety precautions are essential due to potential injury risks.
