Job summary

Ubique Group in Olive Branch, Mississippi is seeking a part-time Parcel Picker to support warehouse operations. You will accurately pick, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment, upholding safety, productivity, and accuracy standards.

This role requires flexibility and cross-training in multiple warehouse functions as part of our Move to the Work culture, with Saturday and Sunday 6am-2:30pm and potential overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
• 1 year experience operating an electric pallet jack preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret customer orders and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately to fulfill customer orders.
• Read and interpret digital pick tickets and customer order information.
• Build boxes and prepare packaging materials to ensure safe shipment of products.
• Apply shipping labels to completed customer orders.
• Operate an electric pallet jack safely and efficiently.
• Stage completed orders for outbound shipment.
• Maintain productivity, organization, and accuracy standards.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Cross-train in additional warehouse functions and support operational needs as required.

Position Summary

Ubique Group is seeking a full-time Parcel Picker to support our furniture warehouse operations in Olive Branch, Mississippi. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packaging, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining company standards for safety, productivity, and accuracy.

This position requires flexibility and a willingness to cross-train in multiple warehouse functions as part of our "Move to the Work" culture, which encourages employees to expand their skills and knowledge.

Schedule

Saturday & Sunday 6am-2:30pm
Additional overtime, early arrivals, or extended hours may be required based on business needs.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Prolonged standing and walking on concrete surfaces
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions
• Ability to safely climb on and off forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Manual dexterity for operating machinery and handling products
