Job summary

Ubique Group in Canton, GA is hiring a full-time Parcel Picker to accurately select customer orders and move them to the staging area. The role supports safe, efficient shipments and cross-training across warehouse functions to enhance operational flexibility.

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of warehouse experience and the ability to operate an Electric Pallet Jack, with strong attention to detail and teamwork as core requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick items accurately to fulfill customer orders.
• Transport completed orders to designated staging areas.
• Build and assemble boxes or other packaging materials to ensure safe shipment.
• Read and interpret pick tickets to verify correct items and quantities.
• Package products to prevent damage during transit.
• Apply shipping labels to completed customer orders.
• Operate an Electric Pallet Jack safely and efficiently.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including cross-training in additional roles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Our location in Canton, Georgia is currently seeking a full time, Parcel Picker. The scheduled working hours will be Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. However, there will be times that require this candidate to come in early or stay late, based on business needs.

Position Summary

As a Parcel Picker at Ubique Group, you will be responsible for accurately selecting customer orders and delivering them to the staging area in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. This role ensures all orders are complete and accurate prior to shipment. Team members are expected to cross-train in other warehouse functions as part of Ubique Group’s culture of “We Move to the Work,” supporting growth and operational flexibility.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds, and up to 100 pounds with team assistance
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking on concrete
• Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and handling small items
• Climbing off on forklifts
