While managing a 24/7 production operation, the Daisy Brand Replenishment Team strives to provide a work-life balance with an average of 45 hours/week. Position Overview
The Daisy Brand Replenishment Technician performs a full range of warehousing duties including operating automated palletizing and blast cooling equipment, staging pallets, using forklifts, in designated racking through RFID technology. Responsibilities also include loading/unloading trucks and order picking.
Principal Duties
  • Transport pallets from rack staging areas to designated area using sit-down forklift.
  • Interface with automated inventory tracking systems.
  • Read, understand, execute, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on automated palletizers, conveyors, and blast coolers.
  • Compare identifying information and counts.
  • Affix shipping labels on and inspect outgoing shipments to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Accurately pick cases for customer orders.
  • Maintain quality control, production goals, proper rotation of products, and inventory accuracy.
  • Follow GMPs, housekeeping, and safe work practices.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required. College courses/technical training preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a distribution center or warehouse with powered industrial equipment preferred.
  • Strong mechanical ability, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to follow GMP and safety requirements.
  • Ability to learn SKU TiHi patterns.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a cold environment (34°F).
Pay Rate

Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. Entry level positions start from $23.50/hr. There is a 10% premium for off-hours work and a 15% premium for weekend work.

Shifts Available

Schedule rotation may be required for the first 3 months for training. 2nd Shift: 4:00 pm to 2:30 am, with a weekly schedule of 4x10, working two weekdays, Friday, and Saturday.
