Job summary

Capstone is seeking Warehouse Associates for our Ponca City site in Oklahoma. You will perform a variety of warehouse tasks in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, including loading, unloading, picking, and palletizing. Joining our team means contributing to a high-performance culture and learning every site operation.

We offer weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, opportunities for internal promotion, paid training, and travel to other Capstone locations as part of the team.

Qualifications

• Must be a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift and carry 25–75 lbs as required.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties including loading, unloading, selecting, auditing, packing, sorting, palletizing and housekeeping as assigned.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
