Job summary

Capstone is seeking Warehouse Associates in Louisville, KY to perform a variety of warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, selecting, and palletizing. The role is fast-paced and physically demanding, with weekly pay and benefits after 60 days.

Training is provided, and the company promotes from within. Travel opportunities allow exposure to multiple sites across the country as part of a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry 25-75 lbs repeatedly.
• High-energy, strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
• Warehouse experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods, select items, and move materials as assigned.
• Audit, repack, sort, palletize, and maintain clean work areas.
• Assist with housekeeping and other duties as directed by site leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical


• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary


• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
