Job summary

SpartanNash is hiring a Pallet Sorter in Midland, GA. You will unload trucks, breakdown pallets, and prepare products for storage and shipment. The role requires operating pallet jacks and other equipment, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or equivalent and 1 year of warehouse experience, with ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work 8–10 hour shifts, including weekends. Training and a comprehensive Total Rewards benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to operate power industrial equipment (electric pallet jack, long-tongued pallet jack, high-extender high lift).
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work 8–10 hour shifts, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload products from trucks and breakdown pallets.
• Move cases, boxes, bags, and pallets to racks and pick slots.
• Assist with sanitation duties and equipment fueling/cleaning as needed.
• Inspect products for damage and verify quantities against PO labels.
• Select, palletize, shrink-wrap, and label customer orders.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and multi-temperature work environment.
