Job summary

Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring for Warehouse Packing and Stacking Laborer roles in Illinois. Responsibilities include sealing, palletizing, labeling, packing, stacking and maintaining safe, efficient line flow.

Multiple shifts, full-time, temp-to-hire with weekly pay and benefits are offered. Candidates should have a high school degree or equivalent and warehouse experience; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and keep up with the line flow.
• Ability to stand for duration of shift.
• Good hand dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Seal, palletize and transport products on pallets.
• Order pulling, labeling, packing and stacking.
• Learn packing and processes to aid in line flow when required.
• Ensure that all finished good product boxes are lifted and placed on the pallets keeping the boxes upright, level, and straight.
• Keep all layers on the pallet even so the stack is square and centered on the correct skid for each stack pattern.
• Keep the stacking area neat, orderly, and clean including daily sweeping.
• Product quality control.
• Follow safety guidelines.
• General Warehouse duties.
• Other duties as assigned
