Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Warehouse Packing Associate to join our team. In this position, you will support warehouse operations by packing products, receiving shipments, processing orders, and storing/organizing inventory. The ideal candidate is a team player with experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming shipments in a neat and organized fashion
• Pull stock to fulfill and prepare orders for shipping with provided guidelines
• Ensure orders are accurate and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Inspect inventory for any damages, defects, or errors and report
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED is preferred
• Previous experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred
• Ability to use warehouse equipment and machinery
• Candidates must have the ability to work with limited supervision by following guidelines and safety rules at all times
• Must demonstrate time management skills during work hours with consistent attendance
• Must be fluent in English
• Candidates must be positive, self‑motivated, and able to work well in a team

Work Hours Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Safety and Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, use tools, and perform repetitive actions involving frequent bending and stooping
• Being capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Visual acuity is required to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect produced parts

ATF Requirements

• Must pass a background check and drug test as per ATF regulations
