Job summary

Moda Operandi is seeking a Luxury Warehouse - Packing position to prepare and package luxury merchandise for shipment at our Maspeth, Queens distribution center. You will select items per order, verify details, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily fulfillment goals.

We value attention to detail, reliability, and a positive, team-first mindset. Prior experience in warehouse or luxury goods is a plus; English/Spanish bilinguals are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Carefully prepare and package luxury merchandise for shipment while maintaining Moda's high standards.
• Select merchandise accurately based on customer orders.
• Verify product style, size, color, SKU, and quantity before packaging.
• Assist with receiving inbound shipments, vendor returns, transfer orders, and merchandise rework as business needs require.
• Label, sort, organize, and replenish inventory within the Distribution Center.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to update inventory and order status.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to meet daily fulfillment goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Demonstrate Moda's Core Values in every aspect of your work.

This is a full-time onsite position working at our Distribution Center in Maspeth, Queens.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or distribution experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience in apparel, retail, or luxury goods is preferred, but not required.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday, with scheduled meal and rest breaks.
• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to40 pounds.
• Ability to sort, organize, and move merchandise throughout the Distribution Center.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Professional Appearance

• Maintain a clean, professional appearance while on duty.
• Wear closed-toe footwear appropriate for warehouse operations.
• Follow all company safety and dress code guidelines.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Schedule may include weekends, evenings, and holidays based on business needs.
• Additional hours, including overtime, may be required during peak business periods to support operational needs.

Compensation

$17.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience.
