Qualifications

• Experience in a produce warehouse is preferred.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and production equipment is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Attend work daily and punctually.
• Participate in safety talks and follow Code of Conduct.
• Comply with personal and product safety rules.
• Report abnormal situations to prevent accidents.
• Support production tasks such as pouring, sorting, bagging, weighing and packaging products as needed.
• Assist with forming/folding cardboard or plastic boxes and organizing pallets.
• Keep work areas clean and organized and communicate changes in production plans to supervisors.
