Digital Room LLC is hiring a Packer/Production Associate for our Solon, OH manufacturing plant. You will work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on accurate order processing and secure shipping with major carriers. Team collaboration and quick learning of in-house systems are essential.

The role requires basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Shifts offer substantial afternoon and overnight options, with OT as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Familiar with shipping methods and carriers.
• Able to learn in-house programs and systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational ability.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to ensure orders are shipped securely and on time.
• Learn and use in-house programs and systems.
• Familiarize with FedEx, UPS and USPS shipping platforms.
• Accurately process orders and maintain records.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow procedures.
• Ensure equipment and tools are in good working order and safe.
• Be available for overtime as needed and take on additional duties.

We are actively hiring for the position ofPacker / Production Associate for our manufacturing plant inSolon, OH.

SHIFTS OFFERED:

• 1st Shift 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Scheduled Days will be either Monday - ThursdayORTuesday - Friday)3 Days Off
• 2nd Shift - 12:00PM - 10:00PM (Scheduled Days will be either Monday - ThursdayORTuesday - Friday)3 Days Off
• 3rd Sunday to Thursday, 9:45 PM to 6:15 AM.($2.00 shift differential)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Works well in a team environment to ensure all customer merchandise is shipped securely and promptly
• Must be computer savvy and a willingness to learn in-house programs and systems
• Familiar with FedEx, UPS and USPS shipping programs.
• Accurate processing of orders
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstation are in good working order and is free of any safety hazards.
• Must be available for any required overtime based on business needs.
• Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Familiarity with normal shipping and receiving methods including familiarity with package carriers.
• Self-motivated individuals with the ability to work with minimal supervision and constant direction.
