Digital Room LLC in Solon, OH is hiring for a Production Associate / Packer. This full-time, first/second/third shift position pays $14.00–$18.00 per hour and involves accurate order processing, shipping coordination, and maintaining a safe work area.

We are actively hiring for the position of Packer / Production Associatefor our manufacturing plant in Solon, OH.

SHIFTS OFFERED:

1 st Shift: 5:45 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. Monday through Friday

1 st Shift four 10-hour days: 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday OR

1 st Shift four 10 hour days: 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday

2 nd Shift: 1:45 p.m. to 10:15 p.m. Monday through Friday

2 nd Shift four 10 hour days: 12:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday OR

2 nd Shift four 10 hour days: 12:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday

3 rd Shift: 9:45 p.m. to 6:15 a.m. Sunday through Thursday

Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Familiarity with normal shipping and receiving methods including familiarity with package carriers.
• Self-motivated individuals with the ability to work with minimal supervision and constant direction.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Some computer experience including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a larger group.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
