Staffmark Group is hiring a Warehouse Packer in Jonesboro, AR. The role involves picking, packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment, with attention to accuracy and speed. Ideal candidates read packing lists and operate RF scanners and warehouse equipment safely in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts are 12-hour nights, with benefits and weekly pay. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and warehouse experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial.
• Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems.
• Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as required.

Responsibilities

• Assembling boxes and packing bagged product from the packaging tables into the cases.
• Placing materials on pallets to inspect finished product and ensuring quality.
• Taking pride in contributing to the overall cleanliness and efficient operation of your facility.
• Supporting your team as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred.


• Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial.


• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset.


• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Packer.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.


• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.


• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.


• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
