Job summary

Upland Brewing Company is seeking a Packaging & Warehouse Team Member to operate a forklift, build customer orders, and manage finished goods inventory at the Bloomington brewery. The role also serves as backup delivery driver for multiple Indiana routes and requires lifting up to 75 lbs and a valid Indiana driver’s license.

The position is full-time with benefits including medical, dental, and vision, and offers training for warehouse skills as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly during shifts.
• Forklift or warehouse experience preferred; training available.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and quality procedures.
• Ensure FIFO inventory for bottles, cans, and kegs.
• Build sales orders promptly and manage finished goods inventory counts.
• Unload materials from semi-trailers and assist with canning production.
• Complete monthly inventory of beer in the cooler and forklift maintenance log.
• Perform general area cleaning and assist as backup delivery driver to specified locations.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload beer products, and verify delivery accuracy.
