Job summary

RR Donnelley is hiring for a 1st shift warehouse/material handler in the United States. You will feed, load, unload, and move printed sheets, signatures and materials across the production area, using hand tools and equipment to ensure safe handling.

Responsibilities include stacking, labeling, inventory checks, and light truck loading. The role requires basic warehouse knowledge and dexterity; compensation ranges hourly based on experience, with full benefits and 401(k) eligibility.

Qualifications

• Warehouse knowledge to place or pull paper stock, signatures and materials per procedures.
• Stock, move, arrange and rotate items under guidance of a supervisor.
• Basic knowledge of shrink-wrap equipment.
• Complete forms for stock description, quantity and labeling for inbound/outbound goods.
• Use shrink-wrap, strapping tools, dollies, pallet jacks and hand tools for material handling.

Responsibilities

• May feed, remove, flex, jog, and stack printed sheets, folded signatures, labels or other in-process product to and from the equipment.
• Load and unload materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Load materials into trucks and apply strapping or padding to prevent shifting during transit.
• Convey materials from storage to designated areas using hand trucks or similar devices.
• Count, weigh, and record units of materials moved on production sheets.
• Attach tags or labels to materials and record information on cases or containers.
• Stack or bundle materials using banding equipment; may operate automated equipment or industrial trucks.
